All our hats are made-by-order and customised to fit your individual head shape. Felt hats are stiff to your head and hat fillers, that are included in your order, can only adjust its fit slightly.

Overall there are different ways to wear a hat - it varies from person to person and is a question of comfort, styling and fit. 

Position yourself in front of a mirror. If you have long hair - leave it open or wear it how you normally would to get the right size.

Take a measuring tape and wrap it loosely, almost straight around your head and leave a finger’s width (1cm) above your ears and eyebrows - ask a friend for help to do it right. Please double check if you measured correctly.

The straight fit is the go-to for most of our customers - however if you want to wear your hat tilted, just wrap the measuring tape around your head at the angle you want your hat to sit in the end. If you compare the measurements of straight and tilted fit, the tilted is the larger one of both - so bear that in mind if you want to wear both styles.

We'll customize and tailor your hat to fit your head shape and size. In order for us to obtain all details, we'll contact you via email and send you a shaping device via post mail as soon as your order is confirmed.

All of our felt hats are 100% rabbit fur felt ethically sourced in Europe - handmade in Mallorca.

If you don't wear your hat, rest it on the crown or hang it on a stand, hook or rack. Don't leave the hat in the car as it can overheat and deform. We recommend a hatbrush to wipe off dust and a sandpaper to rub out stains on felt hats.

Our felt hats are naturally water resistant but not 100% waterproof. It’s fine to wear them in the rain and snow but they shouldn’t get fully soaked. With a flat brim - rest it on the brim for a full day and put some books on top, if your hat has a turned up brim (cowboy hat) - let it dry resting on the crown.
