Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in our products. Find below our shipping policy, and take also note of our return & refund policy.

We ship internationally from Mallorca, Spain – shipping expenses are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination address. If postage cannot be calculated at checkout we're more than happy to provide your with a shipping quote via email.

For customers shipping to international destinations outside of Europe (Switzerland, USA, UK, etc.), you may be required to pay customs and import taxes as your orders are shipped with Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT and Customs Duties only apply to EU VAT area – countries outside the EU VAT area (UK, Switzerland, Sweden, USA, etc) will have to pay applicable VAT and Customs Duties. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

SHIPPING HATS:
Each hat is made my order - no stock. At least 3 to 14 business days are needed to create your hat and process your order. After completion we'll ship your hat according to the at checkout calculated rates and delivery estimates.

SHIPPING APPAREL:
We work in small batches and only sell what we have in stock. Only max 3 days are needed to process your order. Made-to-order clothes will be shipped based to the information given on the product page. After completion your order will be shipped according to the at checkout calculated rates and delivery estimates.

MIXED SHIPPING:
If your order includes at least one hat, 3 to 14 days are needed to process your order. After completion, your order will be shipped according to the at checkout calculated rates and delivery estimates.
